Shipping and Returns

As soon as we receive your order, we will intimate the concerned weaver about the same. Normally, the weaver will send the product to our site office the same day and it will be dispatched to you the next day. However, sometimes the weaver may still be in the process of finishing his work and may request some time to deliver the product to our office. In this case we will intimate to you the approximate day when it will be shipped. If you are not satisfied we will refund you the entire amount.

Shipping within India
Shipping is free for orders above Rs. 500. For all other orders we charge Rs. 150 for shipping.

International Shipping
For out of India shipments, shipping charges are based on the product weight.

Import Duties & Taxes if applicable, to be borne by Customer.

Returns
For products that are eligible for return, you can return within 7 days of receiving the product. If 7 days have gone by since you received the product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You need to send us a return request email at [email protected], with your order number, item code and the reason for return.

We accept returns in the following cases:

  1. Item received by you is damaged or defective due to our errors.
  2. Item received by you is in a different color than shown in the picture.

We dont accept returns in the following cases.

  1. Once fall & pico done or blouse stitched, the item is not eligible for refund.
  2. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, is used or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for the refund.
  3. Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery is not eligible for the refund.

We are open to returns that are on account of reasons other than those cited above but it would be at the discretion of Weavesmart team. However, we are very customer friendly and would be happy to help you.

Weavesmart team must receive and authorize your return request, then only you can ship the merchandise back to us.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to : 3-12-120, Ganesh Nagar, Ramanthapur, Hyderabad Telangana IN 500013.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to : 3-12-120, Ganesh Nagar, Ramanthapur, Hyderabad Telangana IN 500013.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over Rs. 2000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
